Seven things to avoid after eating

Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid.
This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to
be hardened thus difficult to digest

Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals
will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr
after meal or 1hr before meal

Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily
cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked

Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the
hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will
therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our
stomach

Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred
steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true.
Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the
nutrition from the food we intake

Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest
properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine

Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette
after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes chances of cancer is
higher...*mobin*

چهارساله بودی:پدرم هر کاری رو می تونه انجام بده
پنج ساله بودی:اون خیلی قوی وباهوشه
شش ساله بودی:پدرم از پدر تو باهوش تره
هفت ساله شدی:بابای من از بابای توقوی تره
هشت ساله شدی:همه چیز رو هم نمی دونه،خیلی چیزهارونمی دونه
ده ساله شدی:اون موقعها که پدرم پسر بچه بود همه چی فرق میکرد
دوازده ساله شدی:پدرم هیچی در اینمورد نمیدونه.پیر شده بچگیش یادش نمیاد
چهارده ساله شدی:زیاد حرفهای پدرم روتحویل نگیر ،خیلی پرته
هجده ساله شدی:درک نمیکنه!نمی شه هرحرفی رو بهش زد.شوت میزنه
بيست و يك ساله شدی:به طور مایوس کننده ای پدرم هیچی حالیش نیست
بيست و پنج ساله شدی:بد نیست ازش بپرسم نظرش دراین مورد چیه.هرچی باشه تجربه داره
سي ساله شدی:ترجیح می دم با پدرم مشورت کنم
چهل ساله شدی:موندم چطوری تونست از پس این کار بر بیاد.چقدر عاقله
پنجاه ساله شدی:حاضرم همه چیزمو بدم که پدربرگرده تا من بتونم باهاش حرف بزنم

يك: دقيقا" تصميم بگيريد كه چه ميخواهيد
دو: هدفهايتان را مكتوب نمائيد
سه: مايل باشيد كه بهاي كار را بپردازيد
چهار: برنامه دقيق و مفصلي بريزيد
پنج: برنامه را به اجرا بگذاريد
شش: همه روزه كاري صورت دهيد
هفت: هرگز تسليم نشويد

13 Ways to Be HAPPY


1. Make up your mind to be happy. Learn to find pleasure in simple things.
2. Make the best of your circumstances. No one has everything, and everyone has something of sorrow intermingled with gladness of life. The trick is to make the laughter outweigh the tears.
3. Don't take yourself too seriously. Don't think that somehow you should be protected from misfortune that befalls other people.
4. You can't please everybody. Don't let criticism worry you.

6. Do the things you enjoy doing but stay out of debt.
7. Never borrow trouble. Imaginary things are harder to bear than real ones.

9. Have many interests. If you can't travel, read about new places.
10. Don't hold postmortems. Don't spend your time brooding over sorrows or mistakes. Don't be one who never gets over things.
11. Do what you can for those less fortunate than yourself.
12. Keep busy at something. A busy person never has time to be unhappy.
